Sarah has served as editor for Key West Weekly newspaper, as well as a number of magazines including Keys Woman and the Key West Dining Guide.
She has also served on the editorial team of Apogee Journal, a New York-based literary journal acting as a forum for underrepresented writers. Sarah has also coached writers and edited graduate theses and dissertations while serving as a writing consultant at the Columbia University Writing Center.
